Our language school offers you more than just language instruction.
We are a team of young teachers who have a command of at least one foreign language and know which difficulties there can be when learning foreign languages.
All of our teachers have been successfully teaching German as a foreign language for years. We take the time to attend to your needs, and we use communicative methods in our lessons. No matter whether you choose an intensive course or prefer to start slowly, our courses are based on the real world and get you ready for work and fun in Germany. As part of our course selection, we prepare you for language tests such as the "Certificate for German as a Foreign Language" (ZD).

And if you already have some knowledge of German, we can help you to choose the right course. German is more than just a foreign language. That's why we not only offer language courses, but also a recreational program at cost price. We arrange sight-seeing tours, film evenings, barbecues, or cultural events. Or we get together in a café so that German does not remain a foreign language for you.

SprachHaus is an accredited institution for integration courses by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. Additionally, SprachHaus is a TELC examination center (European Language Certificate) for the ZD examination for German as a foreign language. Beginning in the second quarter of 2007, we will also be accredited to administer internationally recognized examinations for 10 additional languages on 4 to 5 levels in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
As a member of the Quality Association for Continued Education in Cologne, we are entitled to accept education vouchers (Bildungsschecks) from the European Social Fund, which will lower your costs up to 50%.
