General Terms and Conditions
The participation fee as well as an one-off registration fee of 12 Euros
is to be paid directly upon submitting this registration form, or, at
the latest, at the beginning of the course. Course registration is first
guaranteed when payment is received. This course registration form requires
participants to pay the course fees. Payment can be arranged in installments.
Course participants are not entitled to reimbursement for lessons that
they do not attend. The course fee is to be paid in cash or by money transfer
to the above mentioned SprachHaus account. For international money transfers
please include the following: The IBAN DE44370100500347612504, the BIC
is PBNKDEFF and the address of the Postbank Köln is Edmund-Rumpler-Str.
3, 51222 Köln.
If the number of participants is not reached, the respective course can
be integrated into another course, or the course units can be shortened
or cancelled. If the course is cancelled, the relevant proportion of the
course fee will be reimbursed. You are required to cancel individual lessons
48 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged for the number of
lessons listed in the contract. A lesson lasts 45 minutes.
Withdrawal from the contract is only possible in writing and is only effective
with our written confirmation. For withdrawal 6 weeks before the beginning
of the course, you must pay a processing fee of 20 euros (or 50 euros
for registration from abroad). For withdrawal 3 weeks before the beginning
of the course, you must pay 50% of the course fees, and 100% of the price
for withdrawal less than 3 weeks before the beginning of the course. Complaints
are to be made in writing to SprachHaus and will be discussed by our team.
Our written response will follow within 4 weeks.
The school is not responsible for property left in the coat room or for
the loss of private belongings in other rooms of the building. Leisure
activities are carried out at your own risk. Course participants are also
